An AI-native venture studio

Find the signal. Build the future.

Launch Beam Labs finds professional groups whose recurring problems have no proper solution, and builds one.

AI does most of the operational work inside each venture, with a small team behind it. That is what makes a small market worth building for.

An AI-native venture has no borders.

The software does the work, so a venture serves its professional group wherever that group happens to be. Launch Beam Labs is not tied to one country.

Why we build

Problems without good solutions.

A recurring problem should not remain unsolved simply because the group living with it is small.

Finding those problems, and creating value by solving them with software, is the reason Launch Beam Labs exists.

What we build

Narrow on purpose.

An underserved professional group

Every venture is built for one group whose problem is real and recurring, and that nobody has served properly.

Software that fits, not software that covers

The venture takes shape around a single workflow, built deep for that one job instead of broad for many.

The outcome, not a tool

The recurring service work runs inside the venture. The customer gets the finished result, not another system to operate.

How we build

Evidence, then software.

AI does the heavy lifting at every step, which is what lets a small team serve a market that could never support a large one.

01

Research

We look for problems that are real, recurring and unsolved: which professional group is living with one, what it costs them, and why nothing on the market fits.

02

Build

Software shaped around that one problem and the workflow it sits in. Narrow on purpose, built to fit rather than to cover.

03

Improve

The people using the software tell us what would make it better, and we build it. That feedback loop is what turns a product that works into a product that fits.

04

Operate

We run the recurring work inside the venture, so the customer gets the outcome rather than another tool to learn.

Hasan Han

“Before you build a solution, you have to know the problem. We don’t build for problems that don’t exist.”

Hasan Han is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Jaamo, an ERP solution for the Dutch childcare sector. He built the software from the ground up and, with his business partner, spent roughly a decade growing it into a business. With a team of 20 people, it is still going strong and still serving the customers and the market it was built for.

Jaamo began the way every Launch Beam Labs venture begins: one professional group, a problem nobody had solved properly, and software built around that problem. Launch Beam Labs runs that same method deliberately, and more than once.

He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from TU Delft, and has spent more than a decade since as an entrepreneur, building software that professionals use to do their work.
